Privacy Notice

This notice applies to information submitted through Doku's public website, design partner qualification workflow, and technical underwriting inquiry workflow. Contract-specific data terms are defined in the applicable signed agreement.

Information collected

Doku may collect contact information, company and role, high-level project scale, region or utility, project stage, target dates, and a description of the next project gate. Do not submit confidential, critical-infrastructure, CEII, export-controlled, privileged, personal, or otherwise restricted project information through the public form.

Cookie-free operational events

The website may record limited first-party events such as page view, CTA selection, reading depth, form step, submission outcome, Core Web Vitals, and coarse runtime failure types. Runtime diagnostics include an error type and same-origin source path, but omit error messages and form values. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide aggregated, cookie-free traffic and performance measurement. These measurements are used to understand qualified-reader behavior, detect regressions, and operate the inquiry funnel.

Draft storage on your device

To prevent accidental loss, the qualification and high-level technical underwriting forms may store an in-progress draft in session storage for the current browser tab. The draft is not sent to Doku automatically. It is removed when the tab closes, when you clear the form, or after a successful secure submission. This draft feature does not use advertising cookies or cross-device tracking.

Use and service providers

Information is used to evaluate fit, respond to the inquiry, prepare a discovery conversation, maintain business records, and protect the security and integrity of the service. The qualification form transmits only high-level business information to Doku's controlled intake workflow and approved service providers.

AI and training

Doku does not use customer project information to train shared models without explicit authorization. Production use of model providers, retention, and subprocessors is defined in signed project materials.

Retention, deletion, and legal holds

Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary for business evaluation, legal obligations, security, and recordkeeping. Production retention, deletion, export, residency, and legal-hold requirements are defined during security review and in the signed agreement.
