Website Terms
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These terms govern use of the public Doku website. A signed design partner or production agreement controls the commercial service and takes precedence where applicable.
Informational purpose
The website describes a proposed design partner program and illustrative product concepts. It is not an offer to provide engineering, legal, financial, utility, regulatory, or other professional advice.
No engineering certification
Doku does not stamp, certify, or approve engineering designs. Accountable professionals and authorized project parties retain responsibility for source information, engineering judgment, approvals, construction, commissioning, and operational decisions.
Illustrative information
Project views, impact scenarios, economics, timelines, and pricing are illustrative or indicative unless incorporated into a signed agreement. They are not promises of savings, project outcomes, or availability.
Intellectual property
Site copy, design, and Doku product concepts are protected to the extent available by applicable law. Company and product names belonging to others are used for descriptive purposes.
Contracting entity
The contracting party for a design partner or production engagement is identified in the written proposal and executed agreement before confidential project evidence is exchanged.
